GOOD NEWS:
TRADITIONAL BOAT TRIP & WINE TASTING. Please be informed: the attendance is limited to 40 people by restrictions on the boat size on the river.
Our June 2009 Special Wine Tasting Event will be held on the 10 th of June, Wednesday starting at 7:30 pm. We start at the Krasnopresnenskaya nab. 14, deck landing - in front of the "EXPOCENTER" at 7:30 pm), the boat's name is "Raritet" (same boat last year). The time of the cruise is from 8:00 pm-00:00 am, but we have to begin set up at 7:30 pm. So please don't be late.
The location map will be sent upon your request, via attached file.
The fee includes boat rental, the 4 hour cruise, some light food (fruit, cheeses, meat assortment...), High level Italian wines:

Our crew will make a real shashlik on the boat for you all.
Wine Club Members - 4000.00 roubles per person.
Non - Members will be charged 5000.00 roubles per person.

Do you have any more information on the trip?
We start at Krasnopresnenskay nab (just in front of the expocentre) and go to the Kremlin It takes approx. 2 hours and another two hours back to Krasnopresnenskaya nab.

One of the most pleasant ways to see the city is to take a boat trip on the Moskva River.
Boat excursions offer a unique opportunity to view the city from a new angle: the Kremlin, Gorkiy Park, Luzhniki Stadium, the Vorobevy Hills, the beautiful embankments of the city can all be seen on a three-four hour tour. The boat cruise on the Moscow River is truely a nice way to spend a hot summer day in Moscow. There is an open air top deck and an enclosed two bottom decks with a snack bar and with TV karaoke.
What types of wines do you serve?
We have selected high end wines from Italy....Average price per bottle is 1500.00- 2500.00 rur.
What happens if it rains?
There are two bottom decks on the boat you can use.
Is it only snack food?
No.
Our crew will make a real shashlik on the boat for you all.
Are their life jackets etc on the boat?
All the boats have their licenses and security standards, so please do not worry about this
I can see from the photos of last year dress is quite casual/informal?
Yes. You are absolutely right. There is no any dress code and most people prefer to wear an informal dress. But it is up to you...
Is it mostly Russian people who go or expats or a mix?
It is a mix, but the percentage of expats is about 70% as usual
My husband is sometimes is called away on business at short notice. In that instance I assume it would be okay for us to give our tickets to someone else?
Sure. You can pass your tickets to your friends if your husband needs to go to a business trip.
What do I need to do to book our places?
Just confirm your attendance by email together with the following info.
Your address and convenient date\time, also phone number to arrange the money pick up. The payment should be done before Wednesday, June 3.
In the event that you do not get 40 people will you still go ahead? If not will we get a full refund?
Yes we will certainly refund your money. No problem. But we have already got around 15-20 people interested. Others should join us before June the 3rd, so we think we can get enough people to handle this event. Even if we get more than 40 people, we will change the boat to a larger one.
